The short commercials are very different in their approach of the same message. The first is very simple. It doesn't have anything visually stunning about it. It just plays out and then the viewer starts to think after the video is over. It asks a question, "any questions?". This simple question forces the viewer to think about the message behind the video. The second commercial is also rather plain. It is a bit confusing. As the young girl smashes various objects in the room, the viewer tries to grasp what the girl is saying. Why is she crashing the pan into the dishes, the glasses, and the sink? All of these actions serve to communicate the message behind the commercial. The message is not spoken plainly. It is meant to be discovered on an individual basis. Both are effective methods.
