It is China's finest hour as the 2008 summer Olympics in Beijing come to a close. The closing ceremony is visually magnificent. Lights shoot towards the sky like bolts of lightning. Thousands upon thousands of individuals come together to make this night a success. China seeks to show the world that it is one of the supreme super powers on this planet by making their opening and closing ceremonies the most stunning and well planned ever. The number of individuals used to create the overall effect is larger than any other Olympic production ever. China spent the last several years working to make sure that this night was perfect. Mission accomplished.
